From Lunch to Breakfast
Afternoon
You arrive to a photo shoot, then lunch. After an hour to rest, you practise a couple dance with a choreographer, and a stylist gets you ready for the evening's theme in the clothes you brought.
Evening
You perform the dance you rehearsed. Then comes a live band, dinner with wine, and a DJ until karaoke takes over. At open-ground venues, dinner, the bonfire and stargazing all happen under the open sky.
Next morning
Breakfast, then check-out at the time the venue sets. If you booked transport with us, we take you home.

Talk to our team
Our team calls you within 2 business days. We ask about your food habits, the music you like, the people you enjoy, whether you drink and how you feel about pets. We ask only so we can match you with families you'll get along with. On the same call, we share pricing and what's included.

Get matched
When enough families with matching preferences have applied, we set an event for 10 families. We don't turn anyone away. If there's no match yet, we tell you as soon as one forms.

Confirm your place
Once your place is confirmed, you join a WhatsApp group with the other families, so you know each other before you meet. Full payment is due by bank transfer 14 days before the event.

Who Looks After What
Checked venues, security through the night
We check every venue for security before the event. Security, hospitality and catering staff stay on site overnight.
First aid on site
First aid is available for the whole stay.
Caretakers for the little ones, the elders and the pets
During the evening, caretakers look after children up to 6, anyone 60 and above, and the dogs and cats, so everyone else can enjoy the night.

About ElegantMeetUps
Since 2016, through WingedHumanEvents.com, we have planned and run weddings, birthday parties and corporate events, including award ceremonies. Our clients include SDA Bocconi Asia Center, whose TEDxBocconiUMumbai we managed for multiple years. We have also managed private events for the Shapoorji Pallonji Group Family at Sterling Bay, their home in Malabar Hill.
One thing kept coming up. Big events are built for scale and energy. The venues impress, but they're rarely comfortable, and the children, the older relatives and the pets are left for families to manage on their own.
The people we spoke to weren't asking for less. They wanted a night out where they could be fully present, with everyone they care about looked after.
ElegantMeetUps is built for that. We are a Mumbai-based event company, and every event is held at a venue on the outskirts of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. We match families on food habits, music, drinking, pets and the kind of people they enjoy. Caretakers look after the little ones, the elders and the pets through the evening. Families and companies can also book the same event for their own group.
The matching is new. The team running each event is not.
Questions Families Ask Before They Apply
ElegantMeetUps is a Mumbai-based company, from the team behind WingedHumanEvents, that runs curated overnight events for small groups of matched families, and private events for families and companies, at venues on the outskirts of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Families are matched on food habits, music, drinking, pets and the kind of people they enjoy.
Every event is held at a venue on the outskirts of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai: either an open plot surrounded by greenery or a luxury villa. Families from Surat, Vadodara and Valsad are welcome. We can arrange transport to and from the venue at an extra cost.
Yes. At Ticketed Events, children 6 and under and guests 60 and above attend free, and caretakers look after them through the evening. Children aged 7 to 17 stay with their parents. Dogs and cats are welcome at no extra cost if they are vaccinated and friendly, and a caretaker looks after them too. Families with pets are only matched to events at venues that allow them.

Cancel 14 or more days before a Ticketed Event and you get a full refund. Inside 14 days, there's no refund. If you'd rather move to a later event, ask 14 or more days ahead. If we cancel, you get a full refund. See the full policy on the Ticketed Events page.
